Testing, 1, 2… 1, 2… Judy on the mic
Hi everyone. How is your spring going? I would like to introduce myself. Many of you might know me from the early days in antidote! I’m on the board of directors as the Communication Representative.
I’m Judy Woo, first generation Chinese-Canadian! I’m living here on Lkwungen and W̱ŚANÉC lands and honoured to have grown up on this beautiful coast. I do graffiti and multi-media art, entrepreneurship, spoken word, and I’m passionate about SUSTAINABLE community growth. And all-caps.
I’m excited to be back and active with this vibrant community of multiracial and Indigenous girls and women. Antidote has always been my goto place for connecting with certain people. I’m so proud to be in the company of this community and to see what other inspiring work that we are doing!
I’m here to participate in carrying these social change projects forward. Are you interested in getting involved? We are always welcoming new members. Are you interested in being on the board? We are also looking for new board members.
Our AGM is not until August, so that gives us some time to meet you and get to know each other. Get in touch.
